Relax, indulge and rejuvenate yourself in a weekend of meditation, restorative yoga, sweat lodge, live music, organic locally-inspired meals, and more, while staying in one of our tranquil lake-front cabins (with hot tubs!) nestled at the east end of Falcon Lake.

Chrissy Sie-Merritts yoga classes combine the structure of Iyengar, the focus of breath and the flow of Vinyasa yoga. Chrissy creates a safe space for participants of all levels to practice the physical aspect of yoga and delve deep into that sacred space within. For over ten years, Chrissy has been creating and teaching many techniques of visual art to all ages. During this time she has developed a compassionate style of teaching that allows you to find the patience and clarity needed to unleash your creative energy. Chrissy teaches from the philosophy that there is an artist within each of us. Learning simple techniques will allow the artist within to flourish. Being creative is a wonderful way to relax, relieve stress and bring you into the present moment to explore the world in a new light. Chrissy has studied yoga with Paula Tursi of Reflections Yoga and Visual Art at the Nova Scotia Collage of Art and Design. Other training includes Thai Massage with Peter Kaaberbol of the Ancient Massage Foundation and Spyne as well as Reflexology with the Reflexology Association of Canada.
